Discovery

This morning Little One was my companion on my early morning walk.

So I did not exercise but together we discovered things.

The nice thing about discovering with a little one is that you can do

things over and over, and enjoy the wonder in their eyes every time.

Oxwagon

My little farmer.  And the one who loves stories about oxwagons.

You like stories about "Die Groot Trek" and  visiting the farmers market

(Boeremark) at Pioneer House to look at the old wagons.

And today, you had your own game of pulling the "wagon" back to the house.

 Little One, when I can get you to be still, I can get the most beautiful poses.

The absolute joy and wonder is portrayed in these photo's.  Little One just loves playing with different textures, loves to let the beans stream through his hands. And then I added the rice!  And no, these are not for eating, it's for playing only.
